An open-air auditorium also established with the support of College PTA in 1974. It hosted many programmes includes facilitation to renowned poet and writer late Jnanapeetha Award winner ONV Kurup.
Quasquicentennial Hall was established in2018 with the aid of MLA development fund for Dharmadam Legislative Assembly constituency. 1.20 Crores has utilized for this building. It has a seating capacity of 150 and have separated toilet and rest room facilities to guest.
There are two Airconditioned seminar halls in our college. The largest one in the New Block with a seating capacity of 350. It is furnished with modern seats and public address system. It is provided with generator facility. Now it is managed by Post Graduate and Research Department of Malayalam. The Second hall is also air-conditioned with 100 seats capacity. It was originally built with the financial support of Official Language Department of Government of India and managed by Post graduate and Research Department of Hindi.
