Major activities carried out by NCC cadets in 2020-21 includes participation of cadets in Republic Day parade held at Sub-district court, Celebrations and awareness on International Yoga Day, Independence Day celebrations following COVID-19 precautions and guidelines and various awareness programs conducted during COVID-19 lockdown. NCC Cadets of Govt. Brennen College organised All Kerala Level Quiz competitions to make students aware of our Mahatma Gandhi’s life and the importance of The Indian Constitution and also the cadets of Govt. Brennen College organised webinars on Suicide Prevention and National Education Policy. Cadets of the college actively participated in the activities of Fit India Run and Swachhta Pakhwada and also made a short film regarding Anti-Ragging Campaign. The activities of the NCC unit are now coordinated and carried out by Care Taking Officer Mani P P, Assistant Professor of Dept. of English.
